Backcountry fruit crumble featuring dehydrated tropical fruit, coconut, oats and granola. Easy to make, one pot meal.
Using one medium size pot, bring water to a boil, then turn stove down to medium heat.
Add dehydrated fruit, and let cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally
Pour in powdered Chai latte, cinnamon, oats and unsweetened coconut. To save pack space measure out ingredients at home and store in one container. Stir occasionally and let cook for 4 minutes.
When oats are fully cooked, turn burner off. Top with granola and serve in cooking pot.
